Hampton Bay landscape transformers are slim-line power units offered by the brand and they can be concealed when you install them. they are slim in nature and their design is based on a potted toroidal core which prevents that annoying buzzing sound and provides the very highest efficiency to you.
The Hampton Bay SL units fulfill the requirements of the Department of Energy efficiency rating of VI. It uses state-of-the-art sensing circuits and the transformers offer dual safety functions which has the ability to not only detect but also react to a system overload or short circuit condition in a landscape installation. Hampton Bay power packs have convenient features to offer flexibility in terms of design and describe landscape lighting designs. The transformer has a digital timer and photocell, a ground shield to make it more secure when used with submersible lights.
The units also contain dual voltage output terminals (12-Volt and 15-Volt) which can deal with voltage drops in high wattage / longer wire also help to reduce cable loss when you use 15V LED fixtures.
